Kensey Cottage
Following our sister company Planet Building Design achieving Planning Permission & Building Regulation Approval, the client was confident in appointing us as the main contractor. The project initially involved site clearance, a new double garage, screen wall & repositioning of the existing electric gates. The second phase included the landscaping for the front & rear gardens & a new driveway.

Pepper Crescent
   
A very dark & damp basement in a listed building in the centre of Cheltenham has been transformed from very tired offices to a light, airy & vibrant coffee shop. The works involved a total strip out following liaison with the conservation officer. Rewiring & plumbing, structural alterations, replastering & fit out. The project was completed within the 12 week project period, in time for the planned opening.
