	Planet Building Design was founded in 2002 by Paul Wood who has over 25 years experience in construction. Having worked in Local Authority Building Control and then in the private sector as a Construction Manager, Paul has an exceptionally broad technical knowledge across the whole industry. It's this experience that's invaluable for both designing the project to meet planning and building regulations as well as considering practical build options. A democratic and diplomatic management style during discussions with the client, other professionals and tradesmen ensures the best results are achieved. Over the years Paul has sourced and built excellent working relationships with other external consultants such as structural engineers, quantity surveyors and planning consultants. At Planet Building Design Paul has surrounded himself with an excellent design team that are professional, approachable and fully conversant with all the latest technology.
